Main Uses
This machine features simplicity, reliability, flexibility and advancement. Designed
by adopting the latest coating know-how and the special requirement of the pharmacy
industry, this machine fulfils all the tasks of the troche, granule, sugarcoating
and film coating in a same coating drum. Integrated with such internationally
leading facilities of high-efficiency atomized coating, filtering hot-air, dedusting, ventilation and computer-controlled system, this machine features simple outlook, rational structure, high efficiency, energy saving, convenient cleaning and meets the GMP requirement.

Technical Structure
The machine is composed of the master motor, spraying supply for compound material,
hot-air purifying, dedusting ventilation and electric operation system. Bounced
by the aprons, the uncoated tablets keep roaming irregularly in the drum. Pressure
supplied by the atomizing and feeding system and coating agent is automatically
applied to the surfaces of the tables through nozzles or droppers. It achieves
the instant and even drying of the coating medium and forms a layer of firm,
dense and smooth film on the surfaces of the tablets .(The duckbill fans can be
set at blowing and sucking ) .
